We all have a story. The chapter in mine that changed everything was an autism diagnosis. My son, Carson, was two at the time. The scary, unknown chapter that was full of fear. And the following chapters are filled with understanding, empathy, compassion, acceptance, and overwhelming love for my son.

1 in 6 individuals have a sensory need or invisible disability. In the past 8 years, I have had the opportunity to run 29 marathons for KultureCity. KultureCity is the nation’s leading nonprofit on sensory accessibility and acceptance for those with invisible disabilities. I have asked for so much, and so many of you have helped. Together, we have helped them feel included. Making concerts, baseball games, basketball games, libraries, restaurants, museums, hotels, and cruise lines, more accessible for all. I am asking for donations to help improve this world for Carson and so many like him.
